Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes and shipping costs will be shown before you confirm your order.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Made to Order

Our products are printed especially for each order. Because production can begin shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Product Appearance

We do our best to represent our products accurately. Small differences in colors, print placement, or appearance may occur due to screens, printing processes, and the nature of made-to-order production.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or on our Shipping page. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Returns & Problems with an Order

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect orders, and lost shipments are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.
